Having just returned from the Federal trial of Cliven Bundy, Ammon Bundy, Ryan Bundy and Ryan Payne in the Federal District Court of Nevada in Las Vegas, the issue of our Constitution, in particular, Article 1, Section 8, Clause 17 are once again in the forefront of my mind, and rightly so.

Now it is beyond the scope of this article to delve into all of the details of that court case, the other related court cases, Malhuer or Gold Butte, or the many things coming to light about corrupt officials selling off land rights to foreign countries. However, if you'd like to see some of the coverage from the Article6 visit in Nevada, check out our YouTube channel. We do intend to return after the holidays.

The reason for this article, if one could call it that, is to bring to everyone's attention this incredible lesson by Ryan Bundy on Article 1 of our Constitution.

One thing I've heard numerous times over the last week or so, from both Ryan Bundy, the John Birch Society, and others, is that we must as a people in mass re-acquire a good understanding of our Constitution as well as return to being a just and moral people. It is only when we the people as a mass are educated in our Constitution, that we in any effective numbers can hold our elected officials accountable to it. Our elected officials ARE an accurate representation of we as a people in general in this Nation. Therfore, I encourage everyone to share and educated our fellow Americans. We have a duty, and if we are to save our Constitutional Republic, we have a requirement.

So, let's take a look at the exact text of Article 1, Section 8, Clause 17. BUT, before we do, take a good mental snap-shot of the map above to the right. The portions in red are (unlawfully) controlled by our Federal Government... and with an iron fist I might argue.

Article 1, Section 8, Clause 17:

"To exercise exclusive Legislation in all Cases whatsoever, over such District (not exceeding ten Miles square) as may, by Cession of particular States, and the Acceptance of Congress, become the Seat of the Government of the United States, and to exercise like Authority over all Places purchased by the Consent of the Legislature of the State in which the Same shall be, for the Erection of Forts, Magazines, Arsenals, dock-Yards, and other needful Buildings;"

Let's let Ryan take it from here. But, before we do, I can say, listening to him teach in court, even to the jury, whether in person or via video evidence the prosecution attempted to supress, was nothing short of awe-inspiring! These men are experts. It was like watching legal judo. He even had an opportunity to teach the Constitution to the prosecution.

Please, let's listen to Ryan.

In honor of Lavoy Finnicum, who gave his life in defense of the United States Constitution and Article 1, Section 8, Clause 17 specifically.
